Meeting notes without the recording.
Recordless listens to your meetings on your Mac and writes the notes. No audio is ever saved, the transcript is never shown or stored, and your notes stay in an encrypted notebook.
Download for MacNothing recorded
Audio is processed in memory and never written to disk. The transcript lives in locked memory and is wiped when you’re done.
Local by default
Speech recognition and notes run on your Mac in sandboxed workers with no network access.
No telemetry
No analytics and no crash reporting. Your notes are encrypted with a passphrase only you know.
Updates, when you say so
Recordless checks recordless.org for a new version when it opens and every few hours. When there is one, you’ll get a notification. It installs only when you choose, never during a session.
Every update is signed, and the app won’t install one whose signature doesn’t match the key it shipped with. The check sends nothing about you or your meetings, and you can turn it off in Settings › About.
